Her chin was kept put which obviously is her identity and the full lips and eyebrow lift did justice to making her have a more seductive appeal.
This can be seen on the season 3 musical movie empire when she sang “crazy 4 u”, the red lipstick and dark eyes accentuated fierce, hot seduction which was really appealing anddidn’t look bad for someone with drooping jaws. Personally, I think the lip surgery and eyebrow lift did justice to her drooping chin if not anything else which is obviously a better look.

Presently her lips are appearing more fuller by the way which shows more lip injection fillers on the way. Rumer looks like someone can’t get enough of her Fuller lips and would want to beef it up a bit. The Fuller lips comes with the need to take away attention from her drooping chin.
